Refund Policy

Important: Pip Quest sells digitally delivered educational products. Once digital access has been granted, purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Digital Products

Pip Quest products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Because access to the digital material is provided shortly after purchase, we generally do not provide refunds after access has been granted.

Non-Refundable Reasons

Refunds are not normally provided because of:

• Change of mind
• Failure to use or complete the product
• Trading losses
• Failure to achieve expected results
• Lack of prior trading experience
• Failure to follow the strategy rules
• Compatibility with a specific broker
• Compatibility with a proprietary trading firm
• Differences between backtesting and live-market performance

No Performance-Based Refunds

Pip Quest does not guarantee trading profits, a fixed live-market win rate, or any specific financial outcome.

Trading performance, including losses or failure to achieve a desired result, does not by itself qualify a purchase for a refund.

Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us at info@pipquest.com.

We will review legitimate duplicate-payment claims.

Technical Access Problems

If a successful payment was completed but you cannot access your purchased digital product, contact us and provide the email address used during checkout.

Our first priority will be to restore or provide the purchased access.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact the payment processor and notify us at info@pipquest.com.

Whop Payments

Payments may be processed through Whop and its associated payment infrastructure. Certain billing disputes may therefore also be subject to applicable Whop or payment-processor procedures.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy removes any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
