These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pipquest.com and your purchase or use of Pip Quest digital educational products. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Pip Quest products.

Educational Purpose Only

Pip Quest provides educational information relating to Gold/XAUUSD trading concepts, market analysis, risk management, and trading strategy education.

Pip Quest does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, brokerage, or trading advice.

Nothing provided by Pip Quest should be interpreted as an instruction, recommendation, or guarantee to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

No Guarantee of Results

Trading involves significant financial risk. Pip Quest does not guarantee profits, income, a specific live-market win rate, funded-account success, freedom from losses, or any particular future trading result.

Historical and backtested results are provided for educational purposes only and are not guarantees of future performance.

Digital Product Access

After successful payment, customers receive access to the purchased Pip Quest digital product.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, core training materials are provided with lifetime access.

For purposes of these Terms, lifetime access means access for the operational lifetime of the relevant Pip Quest product and delivery system. We may make reasonable technical, security, platform, or legal changes to how the content is delivered.

Personal License

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own educational purposes.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute Pip Quest materials
• Share account or access credentials
• Upload purchased content publicly
• Copy or commercially redistribute videos, PDFs, charts, spreadsheets, or proprietary materials
• Sell modified versions of Pip Quest content
• Provide purchased access to another individual
• Use Pip Quest intellectual property to create an unauthorized competing commercial product

Intellectual Property

All Pip Quest branding, educational content, videos, documents, strategy materials, calculators, graphics, website copy, and proprietary systems are owned by or licensed to Pip Quest unless otherwise stated.

Payments

Payments may be processed through Whop and its associated payment-processing partners.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

Refunds

Pip Quest digital-product purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. Once digital access has been granted, purchases are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Your Trading Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, risk management, position sizing, broker selection, proprietary trading firm compliance, and any financial gains or losses resulting from your actions.

You should never trade money you cannot afford to lose.

Account or Access Termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, intellectual-property violations, security concerns, or material violation of these Terms.

Third-Party Services

Pip Quest may rely on third-party technology providers, hosting providers, payment processors, or other services. We do not control third-party availability, policies, outages, or independent actions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pip Quest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, speculative, or trading-related losses arising from the use of Pip Quest educational materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of the United States and, where relevant, the laws of the state in which Pip Quest is organized, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in a customer’s jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
